Start on the lowest level of occlusion and increase as you make a successful athletic movement.

IF TOO DIFFICULT, GO DOWN A LEVEL UNTIL SUCCESSFUL.

The goal it to MAKE THE BRAIN work faster and more efficiently.

After training with the Strobe Glasses the 'game slows down'.

The brain is processing info faster, like a supercomputer, which allows it to move the body sooner.

Better focus gives the brain better 'food' which improves consistency.

Strobe SPORT Occlusion Levels

100ms 150  210  280  360  450  550  660  780  910

Level '10' is 100ms of occlusion.

You control the amount of occlusion from 100ms to 910ms.

The length of clears lenses remains constant at 100ms.

The higher the level the more resistance is put on the brain, making it work harder and more efficiently.

70ms 100  130  160  190  220  250  280  310  340  370

Level '07' is 70ms of occlusion.

You control the amount of occlusion from 70ms to 370ms.

The length of clears lenses remains constant at 100ms.

The higher the level the more resistance is put on the brain, making it work harder and more efficiently.
