THE EYES AND BRAIN MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FAST AND ACCURATE TO BE ABLE TO LOCATE SPACES, OBJECTS, VISUAL CUES, AND COORDINATE THE BODY TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL ATHLETIC MOVEMENT WITHIN AN ALLOTTED TIME. WE CAN TRAIN THE BODY BUT MUST MAKE SURE THE EYES/BRAIN ARE INCLUDED.
